What I've been doing at work the last several days. My ears hurt! Some of these calls have been valuable towards getting stuff done; others (like this call) are an hour trying to get five minutes worth of information.
Unfortunately, I'd have to buy my own. There is a VIP who I'm sweating a lot for (and spending a lot of time on the phone for), and I'm hoping he asks me "is there anything else you need?"
